Right now I have mine with all Reinforced Machine Casings (which were a pain to get) and two lava blocks inside. It's 2200K ATM, but I need 2500K to smelt tungsten dust. So how do I increase the heat capacity?

I just have mine automatically feeding into industrial centrifuges w/ liquiducts. It eats it up pretty quick, and you get a nice supply of copper, tin, electrum, and tungsten from it too.

I just got myself set for all EU and MJ with a Pump in the Nether and a Liquid Tesseract wired to Thermal Generators and Electric Engines. Takes some time, but it's one of the best and most hands-free ways to get power IMO.
