Unfotunately not as the cause is optifine as it does not play well sometimes with mods. I used to use it and got that error myself and looked it up and it mentioned about setting the chunk loading to normal which did work but I got crashes even after that. So feel free to use it if you want but...

Block location: World: (2,31,95) Use mcedit and remove the block from your world at the location above as that is causing the issue. Take a backup first though.

If the cow farm is a fluid cow that that might be it. Also if you have everything running in the overworld then move it to other dimensions to alleviate the lag.

I am also not having an issue with this. Seems odd to me.

Can you post a console log please. You could also try doing a world backup then deleting the instance and doing a re-install.

Just tell them not to use a lumber axe or draconic tools. It is the client that crashes with the tinkers tool and the server crashes with the draconic tools.

Do you have another security program active? Also don't disable your antivirus you should add an exception to stop it scanning your ftb folder.

What do you mean by reboot? Did your pc crash mid game?

Post the log please.

Delete the elec32 folder from your save. Also update the pack to the latest version as the mod that was causing this crash was removed from the pack.

It is stil showing the same error relating to your antivirus program. Re-check it.
