Did it crash just after that? If so then either remove the mod or remove the item from the world. Take a world backup first. It does mention Ex Nihilo in the log. If the above does not work then do the same but with ex nihilo. Be warned though if you remove ex nihilo it will delete everything...

Check that you have done that and not disabled your antivirus program. If you have then check for some other software that could be preventing you from downloading.

If you have a lot of machines and automation then the world will lag. Move lag producing stuff to other dimensions like the last millenium, nether or the end.

Backup the world and delete the enderstorage folder from the save. If that does not work then disable the Enderstorage mod then load the world then re-add the mod.

Yeah just checked this. It does indeed happen. I think it was happening in the initial release as well. You could try updating draconic evolution as there is a newer version out. If the problem is with simple achievements I am not sure if there is a newer one. Edit: Just checked there is no...

I just started using autocrafting to make the circuit boards and it made loads of knives but you can prevent this by ticking the box next to x in the pattern terminal when making the pattern. This will prevent the system from making loads of knives and use one up before making another.

check the instance folder for a crash reports folder. If you are using the FTB launcher then try a force update. Also if you are using FTB launcher then tick reopen launcher...minecraft closes.
