Unstable 1.10 endertank crash

Details of the issue:
I placed and ender tank down and it immediately crashed. now i can not load the world.​

Block location: World: (2,31,95)

Use mcedit and remove the block from your world at the location above as that is causing the issue. Take a backup first though.
