    I would do a world backup and delete and re-install the pack. I have not had these issues myself.

    Check the modpack folder and there should be a crash reports folder there. Upload the most recent one. Also you are using the intel video card again instead of the AMD one. Are you sure you updated your AMD drivers. Always use the manfactures website for updates unless you have a branded pc/laptop.

    SkyFactory Server missing blocks

    The inscriber was disabled in the pack and the Crafting Table IV is from a mod that was removed in an update. The other one I am not sure but I would guess a similar situation. If the server is working I wouldn't worry about it.

    I just tested this and it does indeed crash with the lumber axe crash if you use veinminer.

    The log is missing some information. Where your logs starts there should be a part before that. Edit and post the full log.

    I am running a 2.5.3 server as well and I can use a tinkers unbreakable pick axe without issue. I have not used the draconic staff yet though.

    You may want to change java so that it is using your nvidia card.
