Details of the issue:
I can start and login to my Sky Factory 2.5 server if I host it on my PC. All of the mods appear to work and the map loads properly. When I take that working setup and FTP it to the hosting service (MCProHosting) some of the mods stop working and i lose items on my hotbar i.e. achievement book, tinkers books.

Any ideas why things would change when all I do is FTP the files to the server?​
