    I'm actually surprised it isn't included as well as there is a third-party FTB pack containing GalactiCraft. I, personally, hope they add in configs for it. There aren't that many blocks that could cause issues and there are already some UE mods with FTB configs.

    There are ID conflicts, yes. Change the block ID configs and it'll fit just fine. I think. I've not seen any breaking issues yet and it's in my FTB-based pack.

    Again, it's a matter of terminology. I'd call it potential energy storage, but until it's in a more pure energy form (EU, MJ, RF, etc) then it's only potential energy and not energy itself. That statement is also true, whether or not you'll admit it. But again, it's simply semantics.

    I love it all. I don't understand it all yet, but it'll come. It, TE, and Railcraft make the tech backbone of my modpack. I'm going for a steampunk/magitech aesthetic, and those three just mesh so well.

    Despite it's appearance, the Rotational Dynamo is a RotaryCraft machine. I liked it's initial skin (so pretties!), but Reika decided to match TE's aesthetics for it instead for ease of understanding and unification of aesthetic. And yes, you should be able to do that. That's my end goal...

    Tinker's Construct Weapon/Tools - Simple and to the point.

    I don't mind the progression. It's a way to extend TCon past "I've hit the nether, I'm done" state. That's fine. It's the fact that said special metals are kinda useless outside of TCon that has me avoiding it. Lots of resources that'll just stack up and have practically no use for anything...

    Steam is a Forge-registered fluid, so the same steam should be able to work between RotaryCraft, RailCraft, and Factorization. And anything else that uses steam, not that I can remember what those are.

    I love the extra metals from Metallurgy for TCon. Unfortunately those metals seem to have little-to-no use elsewhere. >.< If they ever do become more useful, I'll need to add that mod just for the fun of even more tools.

    It's two way. For RF it's a Rotational Dynamo for Torque -> RF and a Magnetostatic Engine for RF -> Torque. For MJ it's a Air Compressor for Torque -> MJ and a Pneumatic Engine for MJ -> Torque. I think the Friction Boiler and Steam Turbine are for steam interaction, one each per direction.
