Modpacks are normally 1 version behind most of the time, so when 1.7 is released, expect the 1.6.2 update of the packs to be released. not like 1.6 added that much features besides Mo' creatures horses, colored blocks and some bug fixes.

I don't see much difference from a force wrench and a portal gun that you can find easily or a wand of dislocation which takes about 10 minutes to make the force wrench is just a bit faster. looks nice on the dark theme too, nice gold color

did they really promised the api back in 1.7.3? and changing the 60k lines of code its moving towards the API, just like in 1.8 it was easier for mods to enlarge the world height, 1.3 was easier to make mods, etc.

with EE2 being overpowered I would like to see someone use it as a stand-alone mod. good luck making a single diamond out of only cobble

you can make some goddamn good looking lamps if I say so myself. but I never said its overpowered because they are simply useless, since nether stars have 0 uses after the first usual ones, which you don't craft more than once (all portal guns, gravity gun, magnet glove) or don't use them...

I got 800 nether stars just by using a force wrench, a vanilla skelle dungeon and force armor with the luck effect. The rest? vanilla mechanics and a bit of AFK.
