Hi everyone. I have been playing FTB pretty much since it was released (and technic before that) and I have been on all sorts of different servers and singleplayer worlds. On to my main topic though. I play on my own server with a couple of other people who I don't really interact with and I just don't know what to do anymore. I am in a very much end game state and I feel like I have done it all, but I still want to play FTB and do more stuff on my world. I have considered adding some mods to it but that may throw of some of the other people on my server, so I wanted to post this and ask if anyone else has some super cool ideas for me. One last thing is that I am a TERRIBLE builder and i am pretty much incapable of making the most basic of structures.

What I recommend is just sitting down when you are relaxed and just go into creative mode in a singleplayer world and concentrate and think of something you want to build, or just do it randomly. this is how I got better at building, considering I only used to be able to build literally a box. I can now build somewhat intermediate structures, instead of boxes.

I know what you're saying but I have tried just that and alas it turns out and ugly waste of time each attempt I make. Thank you for the response though!

Start anew. After a while you've build pretty much everything there is to build so then I just start over.[DOUBLEPOST=1378585545][/DOUBLEPOST]...and if that doesn't work; play another game
Lol this is my third time getting to and endgame position just in FTB Unleashed alone.... sooooo ya[DOUBLEPOST=1378585708][/DOUBLEPOST]I think my issue is that FTB has just lost it for me in general even though I really want to play and I don't really have any problems with it. It also could be that I am ever so lonely on my server lol.
In 'just unleased'? Then I don't understand what you mean with "end game". For me there's no "end game", only new different builds.
Pick up a new game, come back to Minecraft in a few weeks or months. Will feel like a brand new game.
If your into First Person Shooter games, Team Fortress 2 is great. Huge player base, tons of cosmetics and weapons. Everything in the game is all side-grades, more experienced players won't have weapons that make them more powerful.

It is not end game but rather you're having a burn out. Guess you have played MC solo for far too long, take a break. Play some other games, engage in other activities. Come back later and you might feel fresh again.
End game doesn't exist. And if FTB has lost it for you, why are you still playing it? Just stop playing for a while if you are bored.

An armless man would be incapable of holding things, while a man with weak arms is able to improve his strength and become able to carry the thing. Building things to look nice isn't hard, it just takes practice. And if you are constantly telling yourself you suck at building and cannot do it and will never do it, you will never become good at building.
I learned the best thing to do to build and protect villages and place villagers inside. Role playing in these villages is great too give each villager a job and story. better get some friends to play with you. use a auto spawner to clone villager and animals in a under ground research plant or if hate building huge projects play another like said before and come back when you start crave minecraft and ftb again
Umm... true. But what if in this case the arms where equivalent to an imagination. Reading the OP lead me to beleive that Trippy has no imagination considering 1; He's asking us what to do. 2; Claims he's a terrible builder.
Automatically producing every color of wool is a fun and semi time consuming thing to do if you don't actually dye the wool. Especially in 1.5 without RP2, and since sheep are derp and stop following you eventually.
Found your problem right there... Your mentality is all screwed up. Endgame only exists in your mind... break free of that way of thinking and you got shit tons to do. How do you think some LPers like for eg Etho and Monkeyfarm are able to keep VANILLA worlds going for thousands of playtime hours?
