@christhereaper Why thank you :) (however CBG has done far more work than me, I mean he made the pack ;))

Btw, apples mean learning right? :p

Hey guys, might be too late, but the slogan should be spelled "Labor Omnia Vincit", i.e., no "u" in Labor. It's Latin, not British English.

But I have to say this is an awesome idea for a pack. Great work.

That's why i said a million thanks to CBG ;)

Thanks but I already got the images!

NEWS: Pack has been submitted! :)

*waiting intensifies*

Thanks to everyone that participated here. The tone was positive, encouraging and upbeat throughout!

Singling out @Queue and @CarbonBasedGhost for their respective hard works on this pack.

@noogenesis , you are likely right: dolor, labor, etc. I wrote from memory and perhaps substituted my everyday usage spelling. If nothing it'll keep the slogan looking unique. :) Besides, as we make fun in the (former) colonies,
The American Labour programme is known for leaving out "me" and "u"
;)
as a play on the different american spelling for labour and programme.
So, given this pack's intent of demystifying GT to the masses, i.e., "u" and "me", labour is perhaps an unwittingly appropriate choice. :D

@Queue

This might be your first work, but I just wanted to say, you have the right "feeling" for artistic imagery!

In the last one, the way you moved the images around made it better than the original placements. In the new image, I read it as a pack that revolves around "technology" and "quests", all of which is "balanced" around GregTech!

So, well done on your first commission and here's a toast to many more (lucrum) to come! :) Good Luck

Oh shit. Thank you so much for pointing that out... What's sad is that I both take Latin and am an American :p

I will fix it and maybe CBG can post it in the second version of the pack.

Haha that is a great point. That's why the vapor module of my Multi mod has a lighting bolt where the u should be, to satisfy all you tea drinkers across the Atlantic :p

Nawww... @Pyure and @Queue , now we are splitting hairs over a trivial matter. :)

In all seriousness, in the first place, I didn't think it warranted a re-work. But, I acknowledged my error (an error is an error is an error), and made that joke to kind of point out that it is not that big a deal for it being as it is.

If I am being objective, at the resolution that it will show up in the pack, no-one's going to bother looking at it for more than say, 5 seconds at any given time.

If you want to rework it, by all means it is left to your artistic sensibilities and discretion. But, again, IMO, not worth the effort, for the (lack thereof) reward

My concerns are twofold: 1, typos are unprofessional, and 2) if its not obvious its intentional, you're just going to get called on it all the time.

If there's no "downside" to fixing the spelling, it seems to me it would be saving a lot of unnecessary grief.

Then again, I don't really care either way :p

Its a really quick fix, I just need to get to my computer first. I'm on mobile.

@Pyure your second point is true... and if it happens more than a few times, it will get annoying.

In which case, @Queue choose how you want to fix it. What you suggested, or what pyure suggested.
