While I tried to get you out you fall though the black hole.
You end up in a desert(because that is how black holes work right?), pieces of glass are scattered everywhere

I pick up a few pieces of glass and chuck them more or less where I think the black hole spat me out.

Tzet recieves your message; however, the chest garbled it somewhat in transit.

I use the rocks and glass chunks around me to create a simulation of a universe and the chest, a la xkcd #505, and use it to try to find a way to break through the chest's defenses, should I ever encounter the chest again.

I while back, I did a mini-RP-thing where everytime someone divided by zero, the universe broke, and I had to spend several million years fixing it in a way that made it where no one noticed anything happen.

Your last resort creates yet another black hole, which the chest promptly swallows.

I task the chest with constructing an actual functioning 3D prototype of every Escher painting, woodcut, and lithograph ever.

The chest opens up and drops out several working models of Escher's work.

I put the chest on a plinth in the town square and let the pigeons crap all over it.

The chest somehow managed to repel the pigeons well enough.

I set up a Containment Ritual around the chest to drag in more pigeons.

for some weird reason all of the sudden the pigeons died out.

I use the power of fail to keep it closed

I spray expanding foam into the chest.

The foam doesn't spray out of the can. You try shaking the can, which promptly explodes in a spray of foam. Like in that Flash game, Infiltrating the Airship.

I hit the chest with a sledgehammer.

The sledgehammer bounces off.

I drop an anvil on the chest.

The anvil falls on top of chest with no visible damage, blocking down the lid. Congratulations, you've just add yet another lock.

I'm using the anvil to combine Diamond Axe with Efficiency enchantment book and trying to chop off a single sliver from this goddamn container.

I try the same thing, but with a diamond pickaxe.
