Granted, you are now wonderful at Python. However, this only applies to the snake and you are hounded by them wherever you go.
I wish for the power to see one minute into the future.
 
Granted. However, you are unable to see an event that kills you 39 seconds later.

I wish I had a gaming laptop that didn't set itself on fire. Or destroy itself.
 
granted, but a grumpy potted plant appears next to you, slaps you with its leaf, and proceeds spontaneously combust, burning you, your new gaming PC, and your house/flat/whatever you have.

I wish to be all powerful.

Granted, but then a rather angry looking tupperware pot beats you to death, making your GF really sad.

I wish to be able to play minecraft like it was real life, and I can still respawn.
 
Granted. Everything takes a realistic amount of time to do, and you have to do everything exactly like you would in real life, using only the keyboard as your control input. And you're starting from the Stone Age.

Granted, but they are given by an angry rabbit, who, although very fluffy, is evil and does not like you so kicks you with its back foot 5.27923870965878 times, leaving you with a fair amount of bruises.
