@Brenn_
Thanks for the hints about Retinol and Chlorophyll. Tried to get through the lists of NEI with everything that gives Carbon, but after some times I gave up fighting through all the other stuff that I had to look on to see where I get it from. ^^"
Tried Charcoal as well, since I tried to reduce byproducts (already have so much oxigen from decomposing stone for my metals) Or I should start using the void-upgrade from drawers. So love that they added this upgrade!
Guess will look into more agricraft. Actually started it cause I not wanted to use the Triglycerides for my diet... but with spice of life active it really is so much easier than trying to use agricraft/harvestcraft for getting food :/
OpenComputers... I don't think I will start much into that, since I'm horrible at programming and I don't really like using programs from others where I absolutely don't understand what is doing what (so just downloading these pastebin-stuff). May sound weird, since mods themselves are just programs which I do not understand on programming-base too... but well somewhere I have to draw a line xD
With early game I actually meant to "Not much power for big things". But actually I took the time and ressources to build the ender-io farming station. This works fine with the gravity, since it "teleport"-farms the whole tree at once, so the effect doesn't appear at all... it seems to far at least.
----
One bug I noticed:
It seems bonemealing saplings have a rather... weird effect on them. I tried to test my little farming setup with a 2x2 spruce-tree. But whenever I try to bonemeal them the UI only changes between "Spruce Sapling" and "Oak Sapling", without actually changing the sapling, it just changes the name in the Waila-Interface.
And the bonemeal itself seems to have no effect at all, used a full stack on the sapling and nothing happened.

@Landstryder
Thanks to you, too, for the hint about carrots. When two mention them, I guess I really totally overlooked them in this case xD
And about the zombie-heads:
Yeah, it really seems like I had just huge bad luck. After setting up a little safety-area around on the spawners and farmed another 20 zombies I got 3 heads. Having a zombie-spawner sure makes that easier.
Actually though not sure if an "Empowered" The Ender works better with drops. My first try (where no heads dropped at all) was without empowering it first, the second where I got some quiet fast was after empowering it...
