No idea what causes it, but DecoCraft has errored during loading. Have you tried launching with Decocraft disabled? (Should at least try it temporarily to figure out if it is the reason if nobody else comes and knows what's going on)

Does it crash or do you just not let it go long enough? You have an Intel HD graph 5500 which will make it last long to load. Like really long. Let it stay there for 30min+ and see if it goes through
