Details of the issue:

I was going through the In Game Wiki Mod, and as I was scrolling through something, it crashed the game.​

Crashed while veinmining infested trees with a crook. Dual Hotbar installed from optional mods.

Just an FYI this was in a Glass world type.

Crashed when placing tinkers different tables. had JohnSmith texture pack 23.15.51 is without texture pack loaded, still crashed.

more crashes, this time with tinker smeltery table and last with stone builders wand

In future make your own thread. Try it without the dual hot bar mod.

In future make your own thread for support. All your crash reports mention inventory tweaks in the logs. Not sure what the issue is with it though.

I'm speculating over an incompatibility between InvTweaks and Dual Hotbar, not confirmed. As the problems started when I added that one and some other inventory mods.
