Details of the issue:
I was going through the In Game Wiki Mod, and as I was scrolling through something, it crashed the game.​
 
Crashed when placing tinkers different tables. had JohnSmith texture pack 23.15.51 is without texture pack loaded, still crashed.

In future make your own thread for support. All your crash reports mention inventory tweaks in the logs. Not sure what the issue is with it though.
 
I'm speculating over an incompatibility between InvTweaks and Dual Hotbar, not confirmed. As the problems started when I added that one and some other inventory mods.
 
i have a problem similar to this but does anyone know how to add a new thread?
