Has anyone done this with Reactorcraft, or even tried?

Oh God, how many hp boilers would a fusion rector run?

    Your energy sources ?

If you need a good power source @Reika has you covered. ;) I need to get around to building a fusion reactor. Hmm...... Be back in a month! :D

[1.7.10] Amalgamate Technomancy - V2 New Idea, Same Pack [Gregtech, Hardmode] (95 Mods)

"Minecraft Mods are like elements on the periodic table; they are the building blocks of creation. It is up to the modpack creators to twist or form these elements into an amalgamation with stronger properties than the original element. Yet one must remember that there is no bronze without tin...

Alright Ladies. Pack up your jars all 1.2.5 to 1.8. Get all the modpacks you even had the slighest idea of playing. Also get server files for all said packs and vanilla. Seal it in a folder called "My Presious". It's gonna be a rough ride folks! Image removed.

    Direwolf20 Pack Base

I rather recently made a thread about how I was going to make a new base but then got carried away with making my power plant look nice and sexy. Well now I have a almost finished version of the base I was creating. I believe the pictures explain it all for this one: http://imgur.com/a/rO0oQ

    ReactorCraft Pebble Bed Power Plant

Yes, the steam stays at a steady 58-60 m^3 and 170 m^3 at the boiler output. Yes they will make you need to find a new base if you don't siphon away the heat fast enough. Very simple though, the hotter your reactor, that more heat exchangers you will need to dissipate the heat fast enough to...

    Massive EU production

After doing the math, my ReactorCraft pebble bed would give 381,571 EU/t (108 Cores). That might be enough. If you have Gregtech that might get you one piece every rl week. :) Btw, thats 745 HV solars or 186 EV Windmills.

    ReactorCraft Pebble Bed Power Plant

So earlier today I decided that I needed a new base. I decided I would use my reactor age; a single endstone island in a seemingly endless ice wasteland. I thought it would make for an interesting build that and I kind of like minecraft snow. I find it rather peaceful. That aside I began...

    ReactorCraft - clever reactor setups?

What Wagon153 said, I started up some isotope centrifuges and the enriched uranium just came in much to slowly for me to sustain anything substantial. Would be nice if Reika made fission reactors need water (to slow the neutrons, as a real reactor does). Then one could use heavy water and U238...

    ReactorCraft - clever reactor setups?

I just went with a massive pebble bed, its about 18 cores per layer with 6 layers all in a checkerboard pattern for a total of about 108 cores. Produces just enough for 1 HP turbine, and the 8.5GW return is more than enough to repay in boring time for the fuel pellets. I'm up to some odd 30k...

    ReactorCraft - clever reactor setups?

Out of curiosity, how long does one uranium pellet last? I'm just getting into these ReactorCraft fission reactors. Also, what would be the minimum amount of cores needed to power a HP turbine? Assuming optimal use of reflectors, ect. Thanks
