    Well, the animation stuff is there.. But what about resolution? Animations are that heavy on the gpu that going from 16x to 64x is actually a good thing? That feels kind of wrong.. for 100 blocks with animations, making thousands into 64x can't be that good :/ And if it is, then we found a way...

    That would be the case in a native resolution pack, but with a 64x texture pack instead of the native 16x, there is much more stress put into the GPU.

    Well, every pack is compatible with Mo Creatures.. The problem is that Mo Creature is not optimized to work correctly by itself, even worse with other mods.. I haven't seen much mods with that high of a resource eating abilities.. If you have an I7 with 16 gigas of ram, just do it. If not, stay...

    Just checked.. My monster instance ( A bit modified ) behaves the same with soartex installed, no optifine though.. MAYBE a little better, but i tested in another instance without my world so i dont know, ill try later when i get home in my world

    Well, now that i think of it, if he took optifine out then thats why his fps went up.. Optifine and forge have kind of a harsh relationship..
