Just need to add "The doctor will be in to see you momentarily." every hour.
Ocelot spawner for your "CAT" scans. We have sonar goggles which can double as stethoscopes, now we need some X-Ray goggles from Open Blocks, we have needles in MFR already, clipboards from misc peripherals for the general staff, brooms from AM2 for the janitors, it seems to me we have almost everything we need for our Minecraft Hospital.
Just set off a nuke from either IC2 or ICBM to get the xrays needed to take a quick snapshot. Hell just irradiate them till the bones glow bright enough to see through the skin.
In my experience, phobias are cured remarkably quickly by the prospect of a lifetime of "Do the scary thing or be dead."
I've not yet met a fellow sufferer who took the second option. I know it seems impossible to believe from the outside, but literally anything becomes dull and rote if you're doing it several times a day, every day.

I used to have a really bad fear of heights. I worked at Six Flags for a while and someone told me to ride the Superman ride (the one in Massachusetts) at least once a day and I'll get over it. So, I did. For 2 months I rode that thing daily. I now have no fear of heights. Sorry about this my mother had cancer last year (2013) and I am glad that has been ruled out. OMG so many needles
I'll divide in two categories, the "FTB Game" and "FTB Community".
FTB Game
- A better launcher - Where's my new layout?
- Maybe some built-in tool in the launcher to modify configs (maybe there is one, and IDK)
- An option to exclude or hide forever some packs in the launcher.
- A "f*ck-everything-is-awesome-and-overpowered-there's-ores-everywhere" pack. So anyone who complains about being too hard can be introduced to this modpack.
- A "f*ck-everything-is-super-nerfd-and-underpowered-I-need-a-nether-star-to-create-a-pick" pack. So anyone who complains about being too easy or cheaty can be introduced to this modpack (and sent to hell, shortly after starting a journey to the deepest lava pit in the Nether, and be banned from the forum.)
FTB Community
- Less talk, more playing - everyone only talks about balance, nerfs and so on. Let the people who dedicate time to do it do their job, for f*ck sake. Compare the FTB General Chat forum with the Community Showcase. WTH man. LET'S PLAY.
- Do not mention f*cking balance again - I hate Gregtech with all my strength, but I do not complain about it and I simply uninstall it. And I change some recipes, then I DO OPEN MINECRAFT AND PLAY IT, instead of complaining about "how this or that mod ruins fun".
- Lots of work for the Mods - flamewars everywhere, necro'd threads (OK, I see that you have a doubt on a mod for MC 1.2.5, let's just update this thing of yours ok?)
- So many boring discussions - "What do you think of the performance of the osmium shovel compared to the Tinkers Construct full cobalt shovel?" - Here are some excellent topics for your readings.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to complain about my fellow brazilians. On how many brazilians servers exist (0, zero, nada). Seus brasileiros filhos da puta, eu sei que vocês estão aí em algum lugar. Não tem nenhum servidor brasileiro de FTB. Acordem porra, vamos se juntar e fazer um, hospedado no Brasil. Carái.

lmao, ok, I'm just gonna say this. The reason why we talk about balance and nerfs is because we have played and actually know wtf we're talking about. Also because having either overpowered or either super hard is either boring or tedious, and we need to strike a middle ground to at least agree on. Also, I have nothing against a discussion such as "Compare different tools," because it helps me to learn and gain new ideas, as well as becoming a better player overall.
Also, I've never actually seen someone complain about Gregtech the mod although I've seen complaints about Greg himself.
People spend more time in this forum than in the Minecraft game. There is a lot of packs that you can play, and you can make your own, with your own configs. Do not complain about this or that mod, just uninstall that thing.
There is no middle ground on personal opinions. We can both agree that Minecraft is a great game, but you have your reasons, and I have mine.
So, even that we agree that Minecraft is great, we don't. It's the same on balance.
There are threads that span over 20 pages of users saying the same thing ("Gregtech is hard, for sure, but I like it" - "Gregtech is superhard, it crashed my game") and there is fights everywhere. People tend to forget that internet doesn't exists. (Or does it?)
You took my example of topic too literally. I mean like "Ooh, there's something obvious in the game/forum, that was already discussed before, everyone knows, and I can't find the search tool. Let's discuss more on this topic."

There is middle ground on personal opinions, which is why things like compromise exist.
What FTB really needs is THE RETURN OF IC2 ADDONS (gravitation suite, advanced solars and advanced machines).
This is why we can't have nice things. Because some people like to just play and not see discussion. That's fine. Then there are people who tell other people they're wrong foot doing that. These are also the "mincrfft carshed wize u so stuped eymaz and jadercraft". Then there are people who want to see what others are doing and improve their own gameplay using what they learn. This is the part of the community I like to stay with. Play the game however you want just don't be a dick about it.
