I was looking for this, but I forgot most of the mods I was going to suggest. Oh well, I'll edit this post if I remember.
Diamond buckets+ : http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic...kets-to-any-tank-from-any-mod-quartz-buckets/ -adds a spammy amount of buckets. I personally added this to my ultimate pack, I think it's pretty cool although it probably is boring to program it, I think it would involve a lot of copy and pasting. Seriously.
Mutant creatures mod : http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1336132-152-spmp-mutant-creatures-mutant-enderman-v134/ -the mod author doesn't seem to like mod packs, but you are FTB after all, so... This mod adds minibosses that are a LOT of fun to fight.
Going to add more, but I'm really tired. To be continued later.

I would like to second this suggestion. The updates of this mod have turned it from iffy to an amazing replacement for the old Zeppelin mod. It is quite fun to play with, and is by a reliable author (Balkon's Weaponmod guy)

Well yeah, I guess so. I remember the old Mystcraft on my private server, and it was not fun, I tell you that.

I was going to edit, but people already posted before me so yeah.
Pet bat : http://www.atomicstryker.net/petbat.html -makes it so you can tame bats and have them as pets. I haven't really used this mod yet, but I heard it was buggy (or batty, hahaha!), but I think most bugs should be fixed in the newer updates.
Balkon's weapons mod : http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic...ons-weaponmod-v113-now-with-flintlock-pistol/ -adds a bunch of weapons, like spears, knives, boomerangs, crossbows, cannons and so much more! Nothing is really that OP, I guess it could be a "why not add it?" mod. Tekkit uses this I believe.

Galacticraft : http://micdoodle8.com/mods/galacticraft -for this mod, I want to slap slowpoke for not adding it in yet. This mod adds spaceships and space and is a great mod. I really want to use it soon.
Powercraft : http://www.powercrafting.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=100 -adds a bunch of machines and stuff. I think a lot of the stuff is OP, but I think most of the bad stuff can be disabled in the config. A lot of functions in RP2 are replaced in powercraft.

The old version is dropped by it's creator and picked up by immibis and AtomicStryker but it seems AtomicStryker's is rather buggy.

Not needed as long CoFH Core is installed. It has the Flat Bedrock feature included.
How was called that mod that the 1.5.2 beta pack had, that one who shows a GUI with the actual health points of the mobs, with a picture of them, and show numbers acording to the damage mob takes? I really like that mod, so I would suggest it, also I would like to put on my unleashed, but I don't know how is called.
You mean that mod that indicates the damage of the mod. Called something like the Damage indicator mod.

Its in unleashed, but you may need to enable it in the config possibly.
Really? Because I'm staring at some pretty un-flat bedrock here. But I'll be sure to amend my previous post.

It's a config option that you have to change yourself.
Have to? No out config settings come with the back. They can and have bin customized for this pack. And this change can be made easily for the pack.
And just so that I'm not responding merely to break the do not discuss mods rule here's the More Enchantments Mod. It should be a fun add.

This mod would be an excellent addition to any Feed The Beast pack, especially Unleashed.
-It's availability would allow players to customize their skin & model greatly between shape, size, and body parts such as snouts, wings, and tails. It's easy to use.
-Females to have their distinct features as well including long hair.
-The mod also enables animated interaction with players in multiple ways you typically can access in many multiplayer games; sitting, hugging, dancing, etc.
-Includes in-game menus, refresh skin, and hotkey options that don't get in the way of the rest of the interface and keys. As far as I can tell, it definitely brings more life and immersion to the game.
This is all something you'd expect to see in such a large sandbox game like Minecraft, letting players further express their imagination and personalize themselves.
Whether the player is aware of the mod in the pack or not does not effect anything negatively, those who are unaware will all be able to see what the mod does for those who are aware of it and eventually everybody will want to utilize it. Wont have to worry about others not seeing the changes the mod can make for their personal skin/character. The mod works lag free and hassle free, no bugs or issues.
The mod also has an optional bukkit plugin, many servers have been able to enable bukkit with FTB but it's not entirely necessary if it's a mod included in the mod pack to begin with.
Custom NPCs
Will help people who host their servers or something to enable various vendors, guides, scripts, and such for convenience or just imaginative things.

It is simple and easy and adds so much more to the game. Making a pocket dimension or a door to go to places far away, kind of like the dartcraft ender wands. Very cool.
