starting a Black Mesa themed base. I give you: the Alien Processing Facility

all that is a cluster of mob farms cranking out scrap and minium shards. the center 'tower' provides the mob essence for the side spawners, which use spikes instead of grinders to get the rare drops. the bottom box is a platform spawner with cursed earth, also using a spike chamber to get the rare drops. tesseracts provide power and item transport, ender tanks for essence transport.

all that and barely hitting 5 chunk updates per second =)

planning on playing with that mountain underneath the facility, it already has a good shape to make a nice looking ground building. nuke reactors, steam farm, who knows...more to come.

Like most greek letters, it's used for a lot of things in math and science, although I'm not sure if frequency is one of them. It's most often used for wavelength, radioactive decay (half-life), eigenvalues, linear charge densities, and lagrange multipliers. I'm sure it has other uses.
