I imagine it's up to the creators to announce the packs and release them, like I did here. I have no idea about the voting, though.

No, but I will be making a different pack. Not sure if the mods will be updated by the time JamPacked finishes. I'll add you to the convo, and I'll make a pack next JamPacked.

I'm struggling to think of an idea apart from a general "Learn the Mods" with HQM
