Suggestion for rules on pranking:
* This is a testing server, but it's also for fun, and that can include playing pranks. Pranks are for fun, not to make others angry, so if someone starts getting upset, tone it down quick!
* People worked hard mining and building. Don't steal or destroy their stuff. If something does get broken or lost, try to replace it if possible.
* Pranks can be hard work, take credit for it! This is especially nice if you're being recorded for Twitch or YouTube, as viewers will remember your name and what you did, but it also means that the victim of your prank knows who to talk to about it. If you're afraid of being revealed as the prankster, maybe you shouldn't be pranking others.
Speaking of recording/streaming video, the Recording mod can let others players know who's recording with a simple pair of dots on their screen, as well as a notice via in-game text.

return of the mansion....Doing some major revamps to the modpack and found this little spawn while testing

What's wrong with Highlands? I have a worse computer than Slowking, I think, and I can run it fine. BoP and EBXL are the laggy ones.

I'm gonna assume you are talking about RAM, and not HD space... In which case: More RAM =/= better
didn't say it did, but that's not really the only thing. IIRC he can only run MW2 Horizons and MF2 without a bunch of lag
