Yes, I personally happen to prefer keeping the mega-thread up because yall scatter like roaches when those get locked and usually the child threads are full of all kinds of vitriol from the getgo and more or less demand locking and boots in butts. Much easier knowing I can just come here to look for people being obnoxious.

If you have specific issues with specific posts, use the report button. If you don't, stop trying to mini-mod threads. :<

Yes. Yes it is entirely because of my lack of self control and has absolutely nothing to do with trying to come up with a balanced mod pack that I've put out several versions of now.

Here's your sign.
I may have already said this, but you can disable cheat mode in the configs. Which you obviously know how to play around with as a balanced modpack maintainer.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaah, backseat modding is, if nothing else, a breach of good etiquette.

Honestly, I'm happy that Elo's back in the game and I hope she doesn't let the detractors get to her. More mods means more options, and more options is always a good thing.

Again, I enjoy RP, but Eloraam will disappear again, and that will create a million Where's RP? threads.
I am currently working on automation in case of this. I have BC OR gate set to give a redstone signal for each thread mentioning "Eloraam" or "Where's RP?". Upon this happening, I have a series of recipies initiated and crafted from Agriculture to cook popcorn and outputting to a Itemduct with the destination being a Thaumcraft Pedestal next to my chair. I await this glory.[DOUBLEPOST=1403627265][/DOUBLEPOST]
Er...I don't actually know where you stated, "Immibis doesn't bug me. KL, now that's a different story."

I never saw that anywhere, nor did I interpret any of your statements as such. And I think you're ascribing emotion where there isn't any on my part. I'm just giving you an explanation of why RF is the way it is, since the only comment I really saw from you was, "bleeegghh RF." Please don't confuse responsiveness for emotional investment - I have no personal stake in your enjoyment of any mod, including my own. I'm all for people having differing opinions.

Hate for that to come out as, "I really don't care what you think." But it's true - I don't care what anyone thinks, as long as they have the facts and can come to an educated opinion; hence why I gave you an under-the-hood explanation of Blutricity and RF. It's a different story if your opinion were uneducated and you were willfully ignorant, but I give people the benefit of the doubt there.
How Dare you.

Now take my money and give me my Fortune 3 Pulverizer.

BTW, I was originally going to use Prof. Membrane's REAL SCIENCE, but I thought this was better.

And to stay on topic, I think Blutricty should be expanded further in RP3
true... I used it for so little. Didn't mind using it. Hate the name Thermopile. Sounds... so.... effeminate or something to me lol.

I liked them until I realized they were the reason my game froze every time it flashed.

I'd actually be happy to see Blutricity useful for more than just cooking boules and running frame motors. Yes, it probably had some purpose in sorting, but I never used it. AE was just better.

AE has superior sorting and automation capabilities, but RP just feels right. Maybe it's that I can gaze adoringly at my items flowing around, without having to run off to the corner to pick up the stuff that fell on the ground. (On Tekkit Classic, I once attempted an advanced solar panel factory with BC as the automation mod. I wanted to nuke it after a few minutes - most of my time went to picking my everything up.)

That's only true if you don't know how to really tinker with the mod's machines and features.

100% agree. I love pipes and tubes for that exact reason, now if only there were carts with windows... :p

I don't like seeing items go around. If an item is moving somewhere... I know it isn't already there yet. +1 AE.

I blame Direwolf. He was the first person I saw use an RP2 sorting machine, and he had so much trouble it turned me off. I use Logistics Pipes for my watching things flowing in pipe needs instead.

I think I used it once. I had too because a flaw in my design. I don't actually want to use the buffer.
