I have discovered what I think may be a bug.
I have a pump set up like here:
fZbMTuV.png

But it's not pumping. There is a hole in the cobblestone below the pump, and the pipe is extended into the lava, it's just not pumping any lava.

On 1.7 i lag like crazy but on 1.6 i dont lag what could cause the problem?!?

Minecraft... no seriously, Minecraft.
Mojang changes so much with each version, it's hard for the mod developers to keep running Minecraft as efficient as possible.

try installing Fastcraft and lowering you graphics if you've alot of lagg, you could also try installing Optifine, but Optifine will always be a flip with a coin, it can help, but it can also make things worse

I have been noticing a bug were if i use one type of wood for recipies, then i cant use other wood types for that recipe, it is really a problem.
one way that i have tested it is to look up the uses for one type of wood, and by doing that i get more that 50 pages of recipes and then looking up another type i get 16 pages. it does not matter whitch wood i choose. the first wood works and the next one does not. and it resets by a game reload
plz help its really a problem
its recipes like sticks, and work benches

Seen the same thing on Linux, the server is in perpetual restart.
Server logs show everything normal until forge microblocs is finished then it starts shutting down everything.

Spoiler. :p (j/k, but good to know....) I guess redstone engines are pretty much useless now?

Anyway, there's this thing that says "You don't feel tired right now", then I notice a redish hue, fly around a bit, think it's some Thaumcraft taint related thing (the ground was purplish-red), and then notice the mini-enderman attacking things in the darkness. :/

I call shenanigans! :)

i have a question why are te config settings of mod whith are not in the pack

Probably from testing other mods and deciding not to use them, leaving config files just in case you want to add those mods (isn't that nice of Dire? :D), or maybe they're waiting for a mod to fix a critical bug, but leaving the config file in there. (What was GregTech doing in there, I have no clue... ;))

EDIT: Seems like the "Night of the Endermen" (for the lack of a better term) reset after closing the game completely - will have to test the next time the fog goes purple. When I closed the game, the fog was a reddish-purple, but when I started it up again, it was clear - no transition from purple fog to clear. At least I got an enderplant seed out of it!

That's too bad they decided not to use GregTech, but it's really not all that surprising. Direwolf is definitely not a GT kinda player, he does good videos obv but he's never been into seriously hardcore Minecrafting in his Let's Play series.

I'm a GregTech kinda player, so it would really have been awesome if they had left GT in the modpack, I would have played it exclusively until 1.8 modpacks come out in a few years (yes, years, not months LOL). I'll still play the modpack because DW is always a good modpack, if not a great one. But I'll have to split my time with InfiTech2 or some other pack that does include GT.

For those who didn't know, GregTech changed their wiki and are now using the FTB wiki for all GregTech stuff. That's a very good sign indeed!! We should have a lot more packs with GT in them, that's what it tells me.

I think you need to go into the eula.txt file and change false to true.

Is there going to be an official bug thread for this pack?

Either way, I cannot seem to get a liquid transfer node to pull water from an infinite water source. D:
