Mod Pack: Direwolf20 1.0.18
Mod & Version: Morph 0.6.0
Pastebin link to crash log: It doesn't crash neither does it give any messages in the console on both server and client
Whats the bug? You can't morph into passive animals on a MCPC+ server
Can it be repeated? As many times as you try
Known Fix: Nothing/Removing the mod

Seems like this only happens on our server which is a remote host server

The first crash happened to me in 1.0.18 I'll update again and remove hats, not like I use it.
When you update to 1.0.18, open cheats mode in NEI and save your inventory with the "Save" buttons on the left hand side. If and when you lose your inventory, you can press "load" and it will give your inventory back (based on inventory + armor that you are wearing when you press "Save").

[Minecraft-Client] Memory connection overburdened; after processing 2500 packets

^ That's your issue. It's caused by a lot of different things, search it and see which one applies to you.

It's not a mod pack issue.

Mod Pack: DW20 1.0.18
Mod and Version: NEI
Crash Log: N/A as there is no crash
Whats the bug: NEI is locked in recipe mode and the buttons in the top left corner of the inventory screen are missing. kinda sucks as i like having NEI in cheat mode to cheat things in when necessary.
Fix: None known at this time
Check your /XXX/ModpackName/minecraft/config/NEI.cfg to see if the ability to change modes has been disabled. Also check in-game to see if the buttons have been disabled (the ones in the middle top of the page).[DOUBLEPOST=1395028894][/DOUBLEPOST]
Mod Pack: Direwolf20 1.0.18

That may be a feature enabled server-side? Edit: To elaborate, the morph.cfg has a modifiable blacklist of mobs that you can morph into. Perhaps the sever has added passive mobs to this blacklist?

Zaes: as far as configs go i wouldnt know what line to change (im assuming its "lockmode"). the buttons are not visible in game in a new world i created, but in a different world that i have used for awhile NEI functions like it should.

In that case, I think that the "lockmode" value has been changed. The default is
Code:
 lockmode=-1
. You may need to quit FTB in order for the changes to take effect. If this doesn't work, delete all NEI config files and relaunch FTB (it will re-create the config file when Dw20 1.6.4 loads).

When breeding bees in an alveary, my princesses are going from Pristine to Ignoble. I use a Logistics Pipe Apiary refiller module to refill the alveary, and make extensive use of the Extra Bees genetic machines. I have a bunch of alvearies, but am breeding 0 Ignoble princesses anywhere.

Edit: Seems the problem is only happening to those alvearies that I have magic frames in. I use a router to supply magic frames to 5 frame blocks each. I also have a bunch of alvearies that I haven't connected frames to yet. Those aren't affected.

Using DW20 1.0.18

The first crash happened to me in 1.0.18 I'll update again and remove hats, not like I use it.

In your initial post you only mentioned 1.0.16, the description was identical to the issue with the version of Hats in that release, but has been fixed in the later release of the pack. Post the crash-report for the 1.0.18 pack, so people can look at it and see what caused your crash in that.

I don't think this is bug. I think it may be how you are breeding the bees. The 1st question I have is are you putting your pristine bees in an alveary that has mutator blocks? Do you notice this on your production bees or just bees you are breeding to get the next bee species?

Personally I use all ignoble bees for breeding to get the next species. I only use pristine in breeding when I must. I try to save all of the pristine bees for production. I inject production bees with the species serum and the additional traits (usually longest life span, fastest production, and fertility of 1).

tried that and now i cannot create a new world. clicking the create button kicks me back to the main menu. instead of fiddling with it in its current state i am going to redownload the pack and see if that helps.

Edit: redownloading the pack did not help at all. in the config lockmode is set to -1 but i dont have any buttons in the top left ingame.

Mod Pack: Direwolf20 1.0.18
Mod & Version: qCraft 1.02
Pastebin link to crash log: http://pastebin.com/rwjfT1QZ
Whats the bug? If qCraft and RotaryCraft are in the same instance, pressing U on any item in NEI crashes the client.
Can it be repeated? Yes, tried on at least 10 different installations, on 4 separate PCs. Result is always the same.
Known Fix: Disable qCraft, and every other mod works just fine.

This one technically isn't a mod pack bug. RotaryCraft isn't part of the DireWolf mod pack.

EDIT: Can you please upload a copy of the forge log that was generated when you re-downloaded the pack please? Its in \FTBFolder\Direwolf20_1_6_4\minecraft\ and is named ForgeModLoader-client-(either a 0,1,2 here).log
Then I would suggest manually uninstalling anything made by Chickenbones (NEI, ChickenChunks, CCC, Ender Storage, Translocators, WRCBE) and manually downloading them from here: http://www.chickenbones.craftsaddle.org/Files/New_Versions/links.php

Question: Have you tried a more drastic means of redownloading the pack? Try this method, which I find sometimes works for weird bugs:

1. Remove or relocate to another folder the FTB modpack folder containing the modpack you're trying to redownload. This is usually in My Documents on most Windows systems. If you have it installed to other than the default location remove or relocate the copy of the modpack in the location you're trying to redownload.

2. Reboot your system. This is important and removes any file locks that may be clinging onto your old FTB installation, and also allows systems to start without the server running from your old FTB session.

3. Redownload the modpack you're trying to update and see if the errors you were getting are occurring on a fresh blank map.

4. Now move the map you were trying to load back and see if your errors still persist.

For whatever reason, I find that sometimes modpacks don't update properly if they are just updated from one version to the next, or that perhaps bugfix changes occur regarding a particular modpack without an actual version increment. This is especially recommended for you to try if you're trying versions other than the recommended version as versions with bugfixes may themselves contain bugs. If you redownloaded the modpack in question and are still getting the exact same errors then perhaps this didn't help you, but at least you redownloaded the modpack properly.

Cheers ...

apparently i couldnt upload the log as the text file does not show up when i click "Upload a File". replacing the mods doesnt help either.

even after doing all that i still get the same results, NEI stuck in recipe mode when it says its in cheat mode in the options. i was able to figure out a solution though: switch from global to world, change the setting from recipe to cheat and switch back to global.

In addition to THIS report, i can unfortunately say that it was not just the kinetic generator. I'm going to remove the advanced solar helmet addon and see if that fixes it.
Although at the moment, i can't yet put the armor back on as it is still almost instant death. Putting the helmet on killed me and putting the chest on killed me as well (death.attack.Overheat)... going back for try number three.

edit: It's linked to the server/client not being able to keep up. However, the heat remaining in the suit after being dropped is not. So if it kills me, i have to be really careful putting it on and quickly remove it again and put it back on, once my health is full again and then try putting it on again.

I throw out all Ignoble bees of any sort. As far as my alveary, I have (had) 5 frame housings, each housing a magic frame for extra production on things like imperial and industrious bees. These are the ones that I noted were Ignoble. A bunch of other bees (watery, wintry and some magic bees) were getting no frames at all. These all remained pristine. Since removing magic frames yesterday, all my bees that I've replaced have remained Pristine. I'm also injecting a bunch of serums.

I also started using Oblivion Frames yesterday for my breeding apiary. That crashes the server, referencing that apiary specifically as the problem. Server won't start back up until the block's removed. Another apiary with no Oblivion Frames gives no problems.
