Fair enough, altho I have been informed the gates only can do 25% increments. That will work, but I'd prefer the 15-increments that the vanilla comparator provides. And not only that, I haven't built am Assembly Table or a Laser yet, nor do I have a reliable source of RF power yet (it's a GT modpack).

Ah, OK. As mentioned above a rednet cable or maybe a computer craft program would work best for you then.

We have OpenComputers in the pack (Infitech 2) but no idea how to use that stuff. Maybe this project will motivate me to learn, at long last, because I have a feeling we're gonna run out of solutions shortly.

How about the Nuclear Controls 2 mod? I built a Liquid Sensor Kit but stopped because I don't know what I'm doing with that mod either. hahaha Could that mod remotely provide a redstone signal strength based on the RC tank level? I think I need to make an Information Panel and go from there.

Does anybody know any mod that would conflict with vanilla loot from mobs?
My server doesn't seem to drop vanilla loot even tho i never changed anything in the configs, its 100% original FTB Infinity

terra blade sometimes fires a mana beam when you attack so it can be used to kill him from a range

The Modpacks forum has a link Modpack Changelogs link, which points to http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/link-forums/modpack-changelogs.156/, but this just auto-redirects to the list of modpacks themselves (http://www.feed-the-beast.com/modpacks) and I don't see anywhere that you can find update changes to modpacks, whether in that list or in the modpack's page itself.

I presume I'm just being blind somehow?

My default browser is Firefox with noscript, adblock, and no cookies, but I tried the link in chrome as well and it also simply redirects to the modpacks list.

You're using the right links. The website was reformatted yesterday, and it's possible that part was broken. I'll mess around and see if I can get a working link. If so, I'll post it here. If not, I'll contact the main team so that can get fixed.

shock focus from thaumcraft be sure to upgrade in the focal manipulator else gai's armor really hurts the point of it , trust me on this ive killed gai 1v2 (me vs 2 gai's )
if u cant use a shock focus this way for what ever reason then u could try alot(/more) of speed boosts so u can get to the boss faster
lastly if ur using quantum to kill the gia and its failing u by running out of charge u could just bring a second set of quantum and swap out armor when the first is about to die

IIRC, the full list should be visible in the console.

If you have botania (and patience and mana), the Loonium can occasionally spit out 1-2 iridium ore (I've cut on about a quarter to a half of my Quantum suit's cost by it)

There is a ridiculous amount of spam threads in the General FTB Chat section that were made almost 4 hours ago. Almost 3 pages worth of threads. Either you're looking in the wrong places or for some reason you can't physically see them.
