I am back, I got banned. :(
A reactor I see. Hmmmmmmmm, god I miss the days of IE cables converting to EU Power.
Welcome back, I was wondering where you'd got to :)

Indeed, and at least one mod I've seen (used in the original All The Mods Expert Mods) there was a bug with package size so it was always sent in 32 EU regardless of what it said.

Yes I remember the buildcraft energylink having similar issues, I think it was a percentage loss and a constant passive drain

In episode 19 I think you mean "Hive" bee (i.e. bee species obtained from a hive in the world) when you say Thoroughbred bee?

I think Hive bees are also known as Mundane bees (bees naturally occuring in the game). When I said thouroughbred I meant a bee with the same primary and secondary genes - a meadows meadows or a common common. The issue is that the bee colour can often bee misleading. A common drone could have the secondary trait of a Forrest resulting in a backwards step when breeding

Yeah, Forestry does not really implement dominant and recessive traits properly at all. So a meadows|common can have meadows or common as the dominant species.

Traits are, but species aren't. So you can end up with Common/Forest bees, and either end up breeding out Forest, or breeding out Common, and it's all but impossible to guess which.

I find criss-crossing seems to work best, IE taking say a Common/Forest Princess and crossing with a Common/Meadows Drone, to minimize the chances of breeding out of the Common line.

I thought that (in the beealyser) dominant traits were red and recessive traits were blue.

Species aside, this is very true and a good bit of info to know. Often the best traits, like x3 or x4 fertility, fastest working etc are recessive, meaning you'll need it present on both sets of genes for it to be exhibited. Or, for its phenotype to match that genotype.

Well, at least you now know why people make backups when first setting up their nuclear reactors. I was also quite relieved to see you didn't accidentally blow up your base. It was quite interesting to see the destruction with or without the glass though.

Are you running SSP? Or a local server?
I have a lightweight NAS server available so I use "McMyAdmin" to run my own server. Even for "just me" this gives a couple of advantages:
1. an always up server means I benefit from chunkloading while my gaming PC is off.
2. The server and client are isolated from each others performance problems - so my client can render the area around me and the server can run ticks in all the chunkloaded chunks and does generation stuffs.
3. A web interface views the server status and manages a list of backups. (Its not that I don't trust the backup thing built into AoE, but, well, I don't trust the backup thing built into AoE).
4. Crashes in the client don't / can't corrupt the save game.
5. The McMyAdmin software is free for games < 10 players.
6. I have, periodically, set up port forwarding and opened the server to friends.

Cheers for this, I'm running locally at the moment but thinking of how to setup and host locally (either on the local machine or a dedicated separate machine). At the moment I'm manually copying my save to private cloud to ensure it is safe during a total hardware failure

Woot! :) Been looking forward to this, cheers dude!
Cheers man, glad your enjoying it :)

So, I have nothing recorded or edited at the moment! I'm going to record in a few hours but wanted to ask you guys what I should focus on next? I mentioned T2 void miners (I have just enough diamonds lol) but that might be dull... or I could start on setting up an automated HV solar array factory... OR something else?? What do you think I should do?
