I haven't tried the regular watering can, but the reinforced watering can in an autonomous activator has things growing like gangbusters for me.
My only issue with reinforced is the one heart lost to make it. If I could feed it one of the TC heart canisters I would.

DId you remember to light it up?

Just lit it up the rest of the way as a test, will see. Though I still can't find any aluminum ore, just the 7 ore bushes, but I did find the Vanilla Mining cell and nearly blew a gasket when I loaded it up. O.O Now I'm trying to figure out how to mine it, and Miner's Delight, completely with out spending a solid week and God only knows how much in metals keeping my pick fixed. :LOL!: :D

Level it up a few slots and add fluxed/a cell. Then you just need to recharge it.
You will need to farm those aluminum bushes. Not hard with the watering can. And you don't need much.

Yeah, only need a few casts for the smeltery. *hmm* Still, going to be several solid days to mine out the two areas and stuff all the ores and that into caches until they can be processed. :D Was thinking Ender Quarry once I get established enough to have the ender pearls to spare. But I don't think it'll stop at the bottom of the chamber. :D

you can use gold for the casts, also clicking the molten metal in the smeltery gui will make it at the bottom ( sorry for my english )

So no changelog again? What's new in there, anyone can tell? I'm wondering if its even worth updating lol
Can't tell you all of it, but when I updated I had a new in-game book on a mod I've never heard of and can't find jack squat on called Aura Cascade.

Yeah, you misunderstood me. :D I said I was thinking of using an ender quarry to clear out Miner's Delight and Vanilla Mining but I don't think the quarry would stop at the bottom of the chamber. :D

So. The machines I am used to are not present. How does one move cryotheum to the big reactor? Bucket? Surely not.

Hay guess what...
Yup surly so. But don't call me surly.
And you might want to move that reactor to the back of the observatory. If you try to pump liquids out of the AE arias guess what might get pumped out to.

Buckets work if you don't want to move stuff around v See down there.

If I've got this figured out (from reading through the comments here and spending all yesterday in-game) you can also move both the reactor and the Spatial IO room to connect to, sit on top of, or beside the Observatory. Or into the observatory's basement if that suits your fancy. This should clear out most (if not all) Fluid pumping/Ender Quarry issues.

Looks like all the instructions are supposed to be in that book.

Yep. All of the instructions and explanations are in the book =3 A bit of a read though.

I was annoyed with my inventory filling up with the Poor Ores when I was mining, so I brought down one of the strongboxes with looting V and just completely filled it + my inventory. That way you can set up a sorting->processing system and just keep replacing full strongboxes every trip. I probably went a little overboard mining, but I figured why not.
enchanting strongboxes does what exactly?
