Tried it. Pipes powered with levers don't such it up.
Then you're doing something wrong. It's really easy to swap a half filled ingot / mold / basin with another liquid by whacking a hammer a few times.[DOUBLEPOST=1411895426][/DOUBLEPOST]
i readed and experienced some chunk loading issues (about sync and map waypoint teleport too). so why you don't add the chunk loader in the map template? or simply add a better chunk loader in the modlist (like chickenchunk or dimensional anchor). the MFR one is a power vacuum and almost useless (it dried my 5x5 big reactor cooled with gelid chryoteum in few minutes also with mob essence supply).

How many chunks did you ask it to load? This is a pack where chunkloading is pretty much not necessary, because like AS it's all in one place, and if it's not near you right now, it's really not a big deal for the hour or so you're away.

No, I was able to pump 143 mb into a tank, then into a casting table, but the last single millibucket would not leave the crucible. Adding additional ingots and pumping them out (successfully) still left a single millibucket in the crucible, and 143 elsewhere in my small system.

I ran into a similar problem, it it has to do with rounding when converting dust/crushed/broken ores into their molten counterparts using a crucible. Where as a smeltery converts the totality of the input after a specific time has passed, a crucible does little bits over time, resulting in rounding. Because of this not only can you 'lose' a few millibuckets, but I've also had a few mb's duped

No, that's not it. I had the same problem, every time I tried. The last mB in the crucible refuses to come out while the casting table is one mB short. It seems that once you melt metal, the crucible is set to that metal and will keep 1 mB in to stay that way.

Had the same issue, just save and exit and load again. You should be able to get the last 1mb out and complete whatever you are doing.

That's absolutely wrong. Look at my .sig. It's been debated over and over. In the end, it's up to the user to add their own chunkloader. And when you go to cities, yes, you are not around and it is not chunkloaded and as a bonus, the ship isn't your spawn site (thus spawn chunk which is chunkloaded). Thus, yes, a chunkloader is necessary for sync to work as well as to avoid bugs with TE and AE.

you not understand my post. the chunk loader is almost useless in this pack, but some bugs make it a needed block. any sort of teleportation (i think you explore cities...) can become a crash or a jump in the void. if you don't like craft it and place it where you want, the pack autor can simply place one under the ship and remove the recipe.

Um... I made an account just so I could post about how important bones are in the early game, and why I failed so hard

Whenever night came, I followed what most did and holed up inside, sifting dust. When it was day, I quickly went out side, dodged creepers and spiders (a wall of dust over the front porch helped), and tried to gather stuff. While I found that I managed to find some mob drops, I was unable to find any bones. I know there definitely were some skeletons outside, but they left no bones. Do you know what could have caused this?

Maybe you just didn't have a lot of skellies around to drop them? They do go wandering if not trapped in a hole somewhere. :p P.S. What do you need bones for except the 4 for a quest? Sieving will get you a lot of bonemeal.

I need bones, for one to complete the quest, but also to make tools and such. Being unable to craft a crook meant that I couldn't get enough saplings to do the water quest, nor being able to complete the tools quest. That meant by day 3 I was at ~50 thirst and completely out of water, and barely had any bones, and not enough saplings to make dirt or water. Should I risk the heat and go wall off the lavathing to reduce mobs being killed by it?

Wooden crooks are craftable and have the same drop rate as bone. Bone simply lasts longer. You can make tools with bonemeal so long as you put in the right amount right when you place it in the part builder instead of one bonemeal at a time(2 bonemeal = tool head). I suggest using one of the first water bottles given for the water quest. By day 1(day "2" but the first day is called day 0) you should have sieved enough dust to get a slab furnace and enough iron for shears. You should wall off the pyrotheum by the end of day 0. It only requires 6-7 dust to wall it off if you go around and get on top of the engine but beware of the fire.

Another note. Do not immediately put your camel pack on when you get it. You can do 4-6 of the first quests before you first go out on day 0 to get wood/dust which will net you 3 cold water bottles. Drink these at 75% hydration or lower. After you finish the third then put on your camel pack. This will greatly extend the water supply given to you.

If the account is a mojang account(aka migrated) you need to use your email to login. Your username has not changed because of this it is simply what occurs when an account is migrated. Please do try it and see if it works though.
I have tried and it does not work sadly. Sorry I didn't respond because I was was in the Adirondacks all weekend.

I have tried and it does not work sadly. Sorry I didn't respond because I was was in the Adirondacks all weekend.

Not sure why else the launcher wouldn't recognize your username and p/w other than your premium status(That you bought minecraft) was rejected or removed for some reason.

Totally different probably but when I forgot my minecraft password and had to go change it, it took a while for FTB launcher to recognize me again and let me play. Eventually did though.

I have a problem. After choosing the easy route quest, I cannot get the shell constructor to work. I have placed the energy cell youg et in every possible position next to it and it simply won't work.

You have to set the cell to output in its GUI. Green tab, the squares need to be orange. The shell constructor accepts power from sides (not top or bottom).

Sorry if this is a known problem, but I cant seem to craft a Grinder. I've got all the parts and I put them in the crafting table and get nothing.

What am I doing wrong?

And of course I find the problem like a minute after posting... the books had a damage value for some reason. Had to make new ones.
