keep in mind the default area for a chunk loader does not cover a pump's range, see if the tank gets lava when you are near the pump, (since you are a massive chunkloader yourself)

Look at the flowers of the bee, if it says 'Purify Node' in your beealyzer, it will clean up flux. Keep in mind you want fast speed/production, nocturnal/flyer, and in an alveary (with frames) all within its territory of the node, for a decent cleanup speed.

because there are multiple items that do this. and the one most use is a 'chunk loader' from chickenchunks mod. the one from railcraft sucks and uses ender pearls for fuel unless you disable it in config files.
