PC shutting down when starting up FTB

Hey guys,

When my friend made an FTB server, I decided to download the FTB launcher, and logged in with my account.
I selected the mod pack, and clicked "Launch". When I see the MOJANG logo, my PC stops working, and reboots.
I've always got this problem on my PC, but not on my laptop, but on my laptop my fps is like 5. Sometimes, after playing for like 5 minutes, I get 0 fps, and have to shut down FTB via Task Manager. So I also can't play on my laptop.

Does someone else have this problem too? Does someone know how to fix it? Please help me, I really wanna play :)

Mmh, so that means I can't fix it without buying new better stuff for my PC?
And with my laptop, do you have an idea to fix that? I already have optifine installed.

Minecraft doesn't crash, my pc just shuts down without any warning.
And, what do you exactly mean with a console log for my pc? I don't really know what that is.
I'll take a look on the thread for optifine.

Console log....
  • In the folder you have FTB installed to (Can be found under the options tab)
  • Go into the mod pack your using
  • open the .minecraft folder
  • it is called forge-something-log-0
  • Please post to pastebin
