Yeah it's really intense on the server. You could disable all worlds but the main world and set the render rate low. But it will still cause lag.

As far as I've seen you can't yet. No mods have that level of control. I'm sure one will come along soon. You could always ban them being made and have a mod spawn them.

Never mind I saw your post on the mytown thread. So if I understand you make everyone in default on FE except yourself an owner. Then use pex for your chat settings. Can you assign FE perms in pex?
