I know the only conflict it has is an ID conflict, so you can easily add it yourself. I believe theres a thread on here that shows how to add Dimensional Doors. Although personally I think it wasn't in Unleashed because it doesn't add enough/pack creators thought it was OP.

I'm guessing it needs to be in a "slime chunk." Slimes only spawn in certain chunks. Theres an option in Rei's Minimap to highlight slime chunks. Hope that fixes your problem.
