What's the Reason Dimentional Doors is not in Unleashed?

Question same as title, I'd like to add it (would just do it manually) but I vaguely recall someone saying it didn't get along with one of the other mods...and for the life of me I cannot recall which if any it was.

I know the only conflict it has is an ID conflict, so you can easily add it yourself. I believe theres a thread on here that shows how to add Dimensional Doors. Although personally I think it wasn't in Unleashed because it doesn't add enough/pack creators thought it was OP.
