    Did you try to allocate more RAM to Minecraft on your current computer? And did you update your graphic card drivers? Both might lead to low framerates.

    Yea, the conduits are in the wrong mode. Wrench them all and it should work. Btw: Tesseracts have a limit in what they can transmit per connection.

    It's good you provided a screenshot, but some additional ones of the pipes GUIs would be helpful. Another question: Did you try rebuilding this in a test world?

    If you have a pattern for the individual components the AE System will autocraft them if needed. E.g. you have a pattern for Wood -> 4 Wood Planks and one for 2 Wood Planks -> 4 Sticks. If you request Sticks with those patterns, it will first craft Planks for you and then Sticks out of the planks.

    Well, if it's open source it can be updated/extended, when the author loses interest, but it does not necessarily mean it will be updated.

    They can be charged with TE, but it's not open source. For your modpack thing, check out EnderIO and Redstone in Motion. Both great mods and open source.

    You can bonemeal them for testing purposes.

    The easiest way is to switch out the Redstone with the Waterproof Pipes. You should even have one spare pipe after switching it around.
