    Compact on-site fuel refinery

I usually do it this way too. But if you don't want to use Tesseracts you have to get creative.

    Liquid XP ?

MFR has Mob Essence. This is basically Liquid XP. You can extract it from your XP bar into buckets and can drink it with a straw to gain XP.

    Compact on-site fuel refinery

With only one refinery it takes quite a while till the oil well is depleted.

    Sorting Bees

It depends on the setup you are using to transport the bees.

    Compact on-site fuel refinery

Maybe an Ender Chest on top of the hopper, so you don't need to refill it yourself.

    Good Power Source?

It's pretty expensive, but you could go with solar power.

You touched my melons ... no seeds :(

I'm having some trouble understanding what you want to do with AE and Logistic Pipes.

Turtle Error: Attemping to Call nil

I thought he was using one o_O Well then the problem is obviously that he's using the wrong turtle.

Turtle Error: Attemping to Call nil

The number before the error message tells you the line of the error. I'm not sure, but I think either your peripheral is not on the side you specified or the method you call in line 2 is spelled incorrectly. I never used an XP Turtle though.

Turtle Error: Attemping to Call nil

Didn't read your code yet, but it would be helpful if you provided the full error message from the turtle.

Limited size to an ME network? (Problem reoccuring NOT fixed)

No. Each bridge has to be powered seperatly. So you need to power the Controller and all Bridges. Not the stuff on the other side of the Bridge. You might want to try ME Power Relays though. Edit: I type slower than you find the solution for your problem xD

Limited size to an ME network? (Problem reoccuring NOT fixed)

I don't know why you would ever need that many Drives, but as far as I can tell, there's no limit to the size of an AE Network. I had a network with over 400MJ/t working perfectly. As long as you can provide enough power it should be working.

    Buildcraft3 and Power Converters bug?

Your setup isn't working for me either. I didn't find a BC Pipe solution at all. One way to solve the issue would be to use a Redstone Energy Cell as a buffer between the BC Producer and the Pipes. Or you could just replace all Pipes with Redstone Energy Conduits.

    Applied Energistics Redstone Conduit Autocrafting

With the following setup the crafting of Redstone Energy Conduits is fully automated. I just built the part for filling them with Redstone. Crafting the empty ones should be not that hard. :) I didn't use any subnetworks or other mods than AE and TE to automate it. Sorry for the ugly...

    Program Request Thread

You don't need a CC program for that. It can be easily done with Rednet Cable, a Lever and a Programmable Rednet Controller.

    Forestry bee automation Direwolf20 1.5.2

Then he needs an empty block between the Apiaries. Otherwise the excess bees could get transported in the wrong Apiary. Or a Pipe Plug between the Insertion Pipes. In my opinion the best way to breed bees is with Logistics Pipes. And since you're using the Direwolf20 Pack they should be in it...

    Forestry bee automation Direwolf20 1.5.2

Are the Iron Transport Pipes wrenched in the right direction? I can never remember if the filled or unfilled side is the way the items go.

    Forestry bee automation Direwolf20 1.5.2

Direwolf20 has many different bee breeding setups. Which one are you referring to? Some other questions: Did you double-check the configuration of the Apiarist Pipes? Are there valid destinations for excess bees and combs to go?
