A 1.5.2 beta pack is the launcher, private packs tab, enter the code 152wgt or 152ngt if you want the pack with or without gregtech. You may need to change the version (recommended tab next to private packs tab) as the 0.3 seems to only give you vanilla minecraft.

yeah, I use one on an incinerator but should work ok on the recycler, or is at least worth a try. You can set the lower priority on the storage bus.

I think the problem is that you are having is the same one I've encountered, as far as I can tell it is because the lapotron crystals stack in the ME network but not in the assembling table so the crafting gets jammed up trying to insert lapotron crystals that can't go anywhere.

This is the method I use, first saw it mentioned on these forums by Peppe. Preformatted 1k storage units in a ME drive, preformatted to hold 1 item type, cobble for example, and a storage bus on a immibis incinerator with the same items in the interface. Make the priority on the ME drive higher...
