    You didn't delete the NEI addon for it (named NEILootbags), that's why it crashes. Should work fine if you delete it as well. Also if you remove a mod, please don't report it as a bug report :D

    FTB not capable of loading the mods

    Very common problem. You don't have enough RAM allocated for it. On the launcher, go to options tab and allocate at least 2 gigs of RAM for it. 2-4GB would be a sweetspot, depending on the amount you have.
