Veinminer doesn't fully work on Sky Factory 2.5

Details of the issue:
I used to play infinity evolved skyblock and in that you can use compressed hammers from ex compressum to break a big stack of compressed cobble and gravel using veinminer. However, in sky factory 2.5 veinminer doesn't work when hammering the compressed blocks​
 
Is veinminer part of the infinity skyblock?
