1120kRF comes from the enderio wiki. It also has the value for BC fuel, the fuel entry in the config section you posted refers to BC fuel too.

It looks like the number is the total RF per bucket so I imagine you'd add something like I:rocketfuel=1120000 to it. There's probably some way to find out the exact name of the rocket fuel but I don't know what that would be.

Actually the amount each individual cable can transport is added together for the whole cable network. I can't remember the exact number but suppose basic universal cable can transfer 200 RF/t, a network made of two pieces of basic universal cable can transport 400RF/t, 5 pieces could transport...
