Did you try setting the export bus to move single item/craft there are 4 options on it and that is the 3th one It will export frames into whatever you want and will first move everything you have in storage and if it doesn't have any frames it will craft it like you told it to Holland says hi!

Actually this is incorrect grinding and smelting etc isn't done by the MAC so cpus don't have any affect on that it is limited by how fast the export / interfaces are Cpus only affect recipes that are learnt to the MAC, it doesn't even include interface recipes Holland says hi!
