How to get out of a different dimension?

I'm sorry, I don't really know where to put this question, but:

My friend and I played on my server yesterday and I had this Descriptive Book.

She clicked on it without thinking and it kind of teleported her to a different dimension? I read that before you ''travel'' to other ages/dimensions you need a Linking Book before.
But we didn't know about that.
Are there any options to get her back to the normal map?

There is tpx command.
It is like vanilla tp command but it can teleport through dimmensions.
You can use /tpx (target) (yourself) to move target to you.
Or she can use /tpx 0 to move to overworld's spawn.

Or you can make a linking book and travel to that age. Then she can use it too.

It should not be a problem of permissions on your own server, should it?

I don't think your able to build nether portals in mystcraft worlds.

I did once to get out of a mystcraft let's just say it took very long time to make there

They used to work but can't get it done anymore, everytime I was stuck I just edited my player.dat file in my save to spawn me in the overworld on next login
