    On this hand I also agree because as we progress down the tech tree and need more energy things like ethanol should give much more energy for the buck. Is there any way we can increase the 'output' of ethanol to make it worth it in GT machines at least? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Others might be able to say why this is a good thing but here's my argument. Because of the power requirements I could only get the thermonic fab to work with an enderIO capacitor and that's a good thing. 1. It forces me to look into RF generation 2. Forces me to use other mods in the game...

    I had the exact same issue, it does work Jason confirmed he didn't do anything to alter it. The way I got I working was to make an enderIO capacitor to store RF the use that to power the thermionic fab which does work. It's the fact that it needs a s**t ton on energy to make it work.     I'm now using the 2nd setup because the eu loss is just stupid over distance and really adds up. Plus in a why it kinda makes it more complex and interesting because you have to think of ways to make none lossy eu transport :D Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Your right you need a GT low voltage transformer. I've created a system that users bat boxes (for now) and ic2 cable to transfer eu which means no lost eu over long cables. Then I gets converted back to GT EU at the other end :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    It doesn't seem to be bottlenecking at the moment but I've only run 1 stack of charcoal through it so it didn't have time to reach full efficiency, although I do see your point. I'll move it over asap. I'm using good old Forestry tree farm, self powered with EnderIO alloy furnace for charcoal...
