You can't, it's intended, and I think is because IRL you are supposed to place the frames and stuff, but yet again, also the bees. But I'll totally love if thaumic bees made a tier 3 apiarist golem (maybe made with pollen or royal jelly?) that can place frames in an apiary.

try using steam engines from TE, use an aqueus acummulator from TE for water, use golden conductive pipes (since is a short distance), remove forestry machines (like the thermionic frabircator, that sucks energy like a boss)

there is already one that I made, you just need to find the bedrock already generated in a specific pattern then place a warded block above it's head, done.

I don't know about you but I already have the nether and a mining turtle within 15 minutes from start, which is enough to get a simple compressor and some alloys to get the chestplate.
