That's better than what 95% of people play FTB on I'm pretty sure. So sure it should work. Might get a bit of lag if you build crazy but that hardware seems pretty top notch to me and that would probably happen on nasas computers also :D Unless you pay 100s a month no creepergost or competitor...

I just quit the pack when I made my rockets. Not sure why they included the mod then disabled it if there's issues or What. So I just ragequit :D I did research for an while and found out it's disabled (couldn't find a why) ...And you can enable it by deleting that file. (Make a copy first) ...

Well RAM is just stuff that your computer can remember reallllly really fast. When you load the world it loads from the sloooow hard drive the data...into the ram so it can run fast in game. So if your slowdown is at start mainly it likely to be hard drive or cpu and a ssd would be better.

It's most likely your internet as you mention others joining. I used to host for friends and had really bad upload speed...they had the problem you get sometimes for 60 seconds or more. Especially the ones with worst internet.

I have a very expensive computer and still get the same. It's normal for me to sometimes get that for 2 or 3 seconds even with this machine! (£3000+) Other links in the chain are the cpu doing it's bit. And also loading the chunks from disk (if you host) or from the hosts disk and sent across...

if your making huge amounts of 1 thing could you run dedicated pipes for each essentia ?

I play hardcore! On probably world 100+ lol, every game though i try to analyse what went wrong and avoid for next time. Base design tweaks etc for my next world. Definately not recommended for sane humans! Myself though; Cant wait to crack on -Cooking up some grout atm for my smeltery lol...

If it shows 1000 water in the tank its not exported to the qds yet...you need to open the transposer ...look at the right for the configuration tab and set the side with a qds on to orange ..u should see it empy after. Then make sure u remove the qds :) Edit - so many ninjas

I tried and failed back in older times to creat a 2 way route! I ended up settling for a one way design like this but the carts reappear out thin air:) or build a 2nd portal. think i used some 1 way boosters too. So yes a one way system can definately work! R = rail M =Rail+mystcraft...
