The Platformer

Known Incompatibilities:

    • Armor bonus systems, giving boni like +% mining speed ore movement speed
  • New inventory tab, compatible with Tinker's Construct. If TC is installed it will integrate into it's tab registry.
    • New item slots and items for them
      • Face slot: wear things like a Gas Mask.
      • Back slot: Glider and jetpack.
      • New slots to put ammo.
      • Auto food slots: automatically eat food put in here.
  • Damage System
    • Different damage types and armor values against each type.
  • NPCs
    • New hostile NPCs that use guns too.
    • Turrets that can use guns.
  • Death Effects
    • Brutal animations like gore or dissolving.
    • DISABLED in config by default!
    • Must be enabled in config, not going to explain how you do that. No gore for kiddies, sry.
  • Machines
    • New machines that are required for crafting all the new stuff:
      • Ammo press
      • Metal press
      • Chem lab
    • Camo bench
      • Can switch skins of some Techguns armors and Weapons. Only a few have multiple skins currently.
    • Repair bench
      • Repair Techguns armors here. Costs less than anvil and no XP. Armors can't be destroyed but become useless when at 0 durability.
    • Ore Drills
      • Multiblock machines that generate ores out of clusters (Ore clusters spawn in the world, see section about configuration for making them spawn). Ore clusters last forever but drills are not free and require power. The amount of ores/time that can be get out of a cluster is limited. Effectiveness is configurable.
  • Configuration
    • Configure spawn rates
    • Configure if common ores should be added (lead, copper, steel, etc) (disabled by default)
    • Configure ore drill power and ore rates. Default rates (1.0) are for dedicated servers with chunkloaders, for singleplayer you should set the ore rate a lot higher and power lower.
    • Enable death effects.
    • ...
  • Ore cluster World spawning:
    • use cofhcore ore spawning. A config file for ore clusters is provided in the download section, put this file into "/config/cofh/world" folder. Unfortunately curse does reject a .json file, I'm looking for a way to provide it. Disable the clusters for types of ores your world currently does not have. Currently the most common ores from techmods are supported.

There are new objects (tested) a couple configs and a better wrench logic included... If someone yells now about wrenchloss.... my answer: Go further into tech tree and you are not having this issue anymore

They are paintable as always.
You can store up to 28 Books (or anything that mentions it in its tooltip!) inside them (7x2 Front, 7x2 Back).
Every normal vanilla Book rises the Enchantment Power Bonus by 1/14th, every enchanted Books rises it by 1/7th, and yes an enchanted book and 12 normal books add up to 1 point. (1 point = 1 vanilla Bookshelf)
If you find a Book/Paper/Manual/Schematic/Scroll/StoneTablet/Painting/Guide/Map/Blueprint/Catalogue/Letter/Note/Clipboard/Wallpaper/Record/Poster etc. of another Mod to be incompatible then tell me about that.
Loose pieces of Paper, Maps and Blueprints will be placed in an "imaginary" Folder for more visual appeal.
You can disable Slots by placing Cobblestone inside them, in case you use Automation on a Bookshelf and don't want interference (or just need to block the backside of a Shelf).
And before you people consider dumping Bibliocraft in favour of this, don't forget that Bibliocraft has far more than just Bookshelves! It also has Clipboards, Signs, Huge Books and a lot of other Decoration!

Overview
NHAVE's Tech Mod (Working Title) is a Tech Mod all about diving and building under water. The mod features the folowing Features, Items and Blocks.

  • Hammer to craft plates if enable in config.
  • Crafting components "Steel Ingot, Iron Plate, Steel Plate, Air filter and Smart Chip, Rubber".
  • Smart Chips are replace with circuits from other mods if enable in config.
  • Rubber and Steel crafting can also be enabled in the config.
  • Universal power support.
  • Power Units [W.I.P] "Small, Medium, Large and Creative".
  • Air Tanks "Small, Large and Creative".
  • A new Block, the Compressor (Currently does not use power).
  • Diving Goggles (Clear view under water) and Flippers (Faster movement and abillity to stop fall down when crouching if under water).
  • Rebreather "Normal and Creative" provides air for 60 seconds on cost of power. Cools down when your out the water. Can be upgraded with the diving goggles on the NHLib Tool Station.
  • Scuba Armor can be upgraded on the NHLib Tool Station with the following item.
    • Helmet: Rebreather (Uses power from the chest armor when installed).
    • Chest: Power units and Air Tanks.
    • Legs: None at the moment.
    • Boots: Flippers
  • 3D Armor.
  • Armor shaders.
Installation
  • Download and Install Minecraft Forge if not already done.
  • Backup your Worlds (it shouldnt corupt your world but its still a good thing to do).
  • Download the NHLIB and put it in your '/mods' folder'.

Yesterday I updated 7 mods for Minecraft 1.9.4:

McJtyLib 1.9.0:

1.9.0:

  • Big refactorings to make all mods using McJtyLib nicer
  • Cleanups and trying to abstract many MC things away
  • Generalization of redstone support
  • Removed deprecated functions. This McJtyLib is not compatible anyway. Might just as well break all of it
  • Better unlocalized name to avoid clashes
  • Merged GenericBlock and GenericModBlock

RFTools 4.60:

4.60:
  • RFTools has been ported to McJtyLib 1.9.0 which brings many cleanups and changes. So don't forget to upgrade to that version!
  • Some localization fixes and less chance of locale collisions with other mods
  • The coal generator can now optionally reactor to a redstone signal
  • Improved the spawner GUI. It will now also show the current level of mater (just like the WAILA or TOP tooltips do)
  • Improved server/client efficiency of the spawner. It will no longer force a block render update everytime that the amount of matter changes
  • The builder will now properly call the block harvest event so that other mods can correctly influence the drops
  • It is no longer possible to harvest builder support blocks with silk touch
  • Added a new config option to let the quarry replace with cobblestone instead of dirt

RFTools Dimensions 4.30beta42:

  • RFTools Dimensions has been ported to McJtyLib 1.9.0 which brings many cleanups and changes. So don't forget to upgrade to that version!

The One Probe 1.0.7:

  • Standard probe info provider now uses getPickBlock correctly to get the information from a block. That should fix multipart and related
  • Added a new config option so that you can automatically enable extended mode (sneak mode) if the probe is in your main hand. In off hand it will still act normal
  • Added new 'extendedinmain' and 'defaultinmain' subcommands to set the new option
  • Show growth level for netherwart too

Immersive Craft 1.1.7:

1.1.7:

  • No longer prevent the creation of paths by rightclicking a shovel on grass block
  • Fixed a bounding box issue for vertical in-world placement for two of the four directions
  • Fixed in-world rendering of enchanted items
  • Rocks can now be thrown and do damage
  • 'Fixed' the burning sticks rendering (not really but the errors are gone at least)

Combat Help 1.0.1:

1.0.1:

  • If no shield matches the config then it will now use an alternative algorithm to find a suitable shield. That will make sure it can actually find a shield in more cases
