pahimar: Made the sync threshold configurable (server admins can tune how long clients have to wait before they can sync their energy values with the server again)

Build 321:
pahimar: Add in a throttle for users syncing values while on a server to prevent massive amounts of network spam

Build 320:
pahimar: Now when a pre-assigned value is set via command line, the next time the server starts it will regen the values of everything and save the new values to disk (tl;dr - set a pre-assigned value via command and then restart server for the changes to take effect)

Enhanced Biomes updated to version 2.4
"Version 2.4 is out. New stone and a lot of bug fixes and tweaks."
"Added 7 new stones - chalk, chert, dacite, gabbro, marble, schist and dolomite.
All stones now have different hardnesses, ranging from 0.8 to 2.0. Default stone is 1.5.
Reclassified biomes. Even though they technically fulfill requirements for a number of types, they now only are about 2 - 4 types, as opposed to 5 - 7 previously.
Improved ID placement of biomes. You will need to delete your config if you want to use these IDs. Essentially, it groups all the rare biome IDs to avoid conflicting with other mods.
Changed the way stones and soils are picked for each biome. There are now broad biome types that each biome is placed into. You will get one old stone, one new stone and a soil for that type.
Fixed saguaro texture issue.
Hopefully fixed connected textures crash.
Probably a number of other bug fixes that I've forgotten about - it's been a while."

Check out the chiseled abs on the Chisel 1.5.7 update:

1.5.7:
Added the Laboratory block, a fancy new block added by GravitasShortfall
Fixed issues with left clicking with the Chisel, thanks to Lordmau5/Konata
Some locale things added so its not all only english.
Fixes issues with crafting with sandstone blocks.
Potentially fixes a issue with marble/limestone generation on multiplayer.

Pam's HarvestCraft received an update with major compatibility patches! Also tips on where trees/gardens would be found (in which biome)

1.7.10b - Compatibility Update
- Trees and gardens now should ONLY spawn in the Overworld: will add spawning to Twilight Forest and MystCraft once I figure it out
- Trees and gardens now spawn using the new MCF biome categories (see list below)
- Salt Ore now spawns using the isOreGenReplaceable function
- Listed my salt under dustSalt, itemSalt Ore Dict labels; added those labels to my recipes as well
- Bees now SPAWN! They now replace the leaves or log block of a tree replicating the fact that bees inhabit any part of a tree they can
- Deleted test recipes for my guide books that were causing issues: I will be replacing these guide books later
- MineFactory Reloaded and Thaumcraft compatibility added on my end!
- MineFactory Reloaded harvester, planter, fertilizer, and fruit picker now work on everything they should
- Thuamcraft Aspects, Golems now plant/harvest
- Contacted Magical Crops, Mariculture, and MegaPlantPack mod authors to have them change their Ore Dict labels to mine
- Seaweed should now lay flat on the surface of the water

  • NEW: Add paver blocks.
  • NEW: Lamp textures and language stuff added. Lamp blocks have not been added because they are difficult and confusing. They will come in 0.6.
  • TWEAK: Changed "burntBricks" and "BurntBricks" to "burntBrick" and "BurntBrick" in various classes for consistency.

Because of lack of additional output slots in chemical reactor, i cannot add gaseous nitrogen dioxide output in sulfide oxygenation reaction, so enjoy your acid rains.

This is somewhat off the beaten path, but its minecraft modded news all the same.

A team is making a standalone game from a minecraft mod.

With the obvious twist being how the MS news might impact all of that.

Edit: Mod is "CivCraft" which I'm not familiar with. New game to be titled "Praxis" as it stands.

I'm guessing CivCraft is non-forge. Kinda sounds like it might be a minecraft/SimCity crossover?
