For reference, the initial joke was a reference to Fairly Odd Parent's Skip Sparkypants and Chip Skylark (I just noticed his name is Sparky and not SparkLy) The other is Patrick's Liar Liar, Plants for Hire quote.

The Buildcraft retexture is being released in upcoming versions of Buildcraft as official textures. I do, however, have my original 1.6.4 textures if you feel so inclined:

I get what a resource pack is. But a "Unity resource pack" I've never heard such a thing.
It's a resource pack... called Unity.
