What's new in modded minecraft today?

MineTweaker and mods like Tabula Rosa literally make the game have unlimited possibilities. I am waiting for a mod to add support so we can make an item a wand base, or a cap. Or even give us the ability to add new types of essentia. Also the ability to add aspects to an item/block.
I'm hoping for configurable tools, armor, and RF conductors.

ModTweaker already supports adding/removing/setting aspects with items. The other stuff while entirely possible is content, rather than changes to mods. It's something I personally would like to wait until MineTweaker adds it's assets/own way to add items/blocks in the future.

Yep. There's a point where a "tweak" becomes a "mod". Once you reach that point, you should really be modding directly.

Anyways, big thanks to Stan for MineTweaker, Joshie & Co for ModTweaker and KingLemming for Tabula Rasa.
 
I think I am going to make a mod as an addon to Tabula Rosa (1.7.10) to add support for making items/blocks to be more interactive and just not useless parts. I want to make you able to generate ores in every vanilla dimension. I also want to add support for many mods and make things components to a higher level such as what I mentioned earlier. I would also love to make battery support for a wide variety of mods (mainly EU, RF and UE). I have a long list of features I would like to add. But honestly I have a bit on my plate now and by the time I am able to do this someone more popular will probably already have started.

Get this mod and save the saplings from being extinct because of despawns!


Auto Sapling was a quick little mod Lemonszz made in about 30 minutes, but is actually very useful.
When a sapling item would normally despawn, it replants itself on the ground!

Why is that useful?
It's useful for two reasons: when you chop a tree down, you often leave before all the saplings have dropped, this mod plants those saplings, growing the forests over time and it makes automation of trees much easier!

Does it work with mod saplings?
Yes! Well, it should for most saplings (if they inherit the base sapling class). If you find a mod it won't work for, let me know and Ill see if I can fix it!

Let's do our part to save the 'Save'! (Get it? ... Cause, our world is in a save folder....)

Events have demonstrated to me that if CBG gets it into his head to begin a thing, it will likely get completed in good order.
